Yes. We are fully licensed with the QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission), Licence No. 15529827, and are proud members of Master Builders Queensland. All work is insured and compliant with the latest Australian building standards.

Yes. You’ll deal directly with a member of our core team, usually the builder or site manager. We prioritise open and clear communication from start to finish.
Yes. We’re experienced with local council processes and can assist with building approvals, permits, and inspections to make the process as smooth as possible.

To ensure consistency, quality, and accountability, we work exclusively with our trusted network of licensed trades and suppliers. This allows us to manage every step of the project with precision and avoid issues that often arise when third parties are involved.
Yes. Once the project is complete, we walk through the finished work with you to ensure everything meets expectations. It’s also a chance to address any final questions or touch-ups before handover.
We stand by our work. If anything needs attention after completion, we’ll come back to assess and fix it as soon as possible. Your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us.
Not at the moment. We currently do not offer in-house financing or work with partnered lenders. However, we’re happy to provide any documentation required for your own financial institution.
We do have plans to explore partnerships in the future to better support our clients throughout the entire process.
