Custom shed construction

This was a custom garage built to do more than just house a couple of cars. We took it from the steel frame right through to a finished build, and the brief was clear: it had to look like it belonged alongside a character home, not like a kit shed dropped on a slab.

Starting with a steel frame for strength and longevity, we clad the shed in weatherboard to match the surrounding architecture, then added the details that make the difference — a feature gable with exposed timber battens, decorative brackets under the eaves, and a timber-look garage door that warms the whole front up. Those touches are what separate a custom build from an off-the-shelf shed.

The result is a hard-working garage with the looks to match the house it serves — built properly, detailed with care, and finished to last in the Granite Belt climate.
